Learn how to use a sewing machine. Use one of Hatch's machines or bring your own! Learn how to use a sewing machine. You can learn on one of Hatch's sewing machines or bring your own working machine with the user manual. You will learn the basics of threading a machine, changing stitches, tension, and several tips to get started. This workshop is designed for sewing novices or beginners who need a refresher. Participants must be age 10 or older, anyone under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. The Watertown Free Public Library extends beyond its walls to connect people to ideas, information, education, creative opportunities, and to each other.
