Description

I have a shower valve on a shower surround that keeps running and won't fully turn off. Likewise, the on and off valves need either a new fixture or extensions of some sort. Someone, before I owned the place, put silicone behind the handles. I need to have the handles come out a reasonable distance, look right and be right and for the handles to completely turn off the water when in off position. I also have two pedestal sinks that are slow draining. I believe they need disassembling to be cleaned and the drains cleaned off hair and such. I have called around and plumbers seemed to be backed up. We just put our home on the market and trying to get this work done asap.
