Construction and Remodeling (Helper) R3 Homes, LLC is a growing remodeling and renovation company located in Bend, Or. We work on sites located in Bend/Sunriver, Sisters, and Redmond, Oregon. We are looking for a hard worker that takes initiative, shows up on time every day with a positive attitude, is good with people and takes pride in a job well done. You bring a toolbelt; we provide the rest of the tools. R3 Homes, LLC is looking for an entry level construction helper. You bring the your tool belt, we provide the rest of the tools. You will work 4 – 10 hour shifts (Tues - Fri) with 3 day weekends. Here is a list of what we are looking. Not all the items are requirements as much as a descriptor of the type of projects we do - • Clean Driving Record • Reliable and able to work independently. • Be task-orientated and committed to completing the job while also being customer oriented with a focus on quality workmanship. • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check. • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen (not tested for THC). Job Duties • Assist journeyman carpenter as needed • Replacing and installing plank flooring • Assist with concrete for patios. • Fence repair and building. • Replacing windows and doors. • Repair and/or build outdoor decking. • Set or install cabinets. • Barn construction. • Assist with foundation work. • Room or home expansion. Schedule • Full-time. • 1 - 2 person crews work 4 - 10 hour shifts with very little weekend time.
