Grounds Maintenance, Part-Time, Permanent. Knowledge of Blowers, Weed Eaters, other maintenance equipment required. Also responsible for maintaining swimming pool in the mornings. Work based on instruction from Park Manager of a 55+ Mobile Home Park. Primarily blowing roads within the Park and doing weed control for Park Maintained space. Resident's are required to maintain their own spaces. 25 hours per week. Typically 8am-1pm M-F. Hours can vary including weekend mornings.
