Ticket holders (21+) can sample up to 25 different wines from businesses in Downtown Tracy. Come enjoy the atmosphere of downtown Tracy! The Tracy City Center Association is excited to host the annual Downtown Tracy Wine Stroll, voted one of Tracy's Best Events! Enjoy the atmosphere of downtown Tracy with wine samples, food and great music. The Tracy City Center Association (TCCA) is a 501(c)(3) Community Benefit District which started operating in July 2010 with the primary purpose of bringing about the revitalization of the city center core and surrounding area. The goal of TCCA is to facilitate the investment of private and public capital, the offering of quality public improvements, educational, cultural, artistic, charitable and social events & services that will result in the increased economic well-being of residents, employees, business & property owners within the TCCA district and the downtown locality. The western boundary of TCCA is A and 10th Streets, the northern is 11th Street and Central Avenue, eastern is the east side of Central Avenue, with the southern boundary at 6th Street and the commercial block between 6th and D Streets. TCCA sponsors a variety of special events; among these are the popular Taps on Tenth Craft Beer Tasting Event (April), Downtown Tracy Wine Stroll (September), the weekly (Saturday) San Joaquin Certified Farmers' Market (April-November and December-March), annual Halloween Candy Crawl & Safety Faire, Downtown Pumpkin Patch, a Holiday Light Parade & Tree Lighting Ceremony, Downtown Tracy Christmas Tree Lot, and much more. The City of Tracy sponsors the Block Party Music Series, Girls' Night Out, and Blues, Brews, & BBQ events at the 6th St. Plaza. Downtown Tracy proudly features a wide variety of shops, salons, restaurants and professional service businesses; most of which are independent merchants throughout our district.
