The Library webinar opens the window on optimistic thinking for those who have yet to experience the joy of a life lived positively and encourages those who are already actively attempting to “stamp out” negativity to continue their quest. The webinar is divided into two segments: lecture/question-and-answer period. The topics covered include defining optimism and pessimism, understanding cognitive theory and reflecting optimism in one’s job search.
