Or email [email protected] About Andrew: Andrew R. Haggerty is a longtime resident of El Paso settling down with his wife Melissa, Allie, Erin, and Liam. He is dedicated to his family and serving his community when and where ever possible. Andrew graduated from New Mexico State University with a Bachelor’s degree in business administration in 2003. While attending NMSU Andrew was active in the student government as an associate Justice of the University Council. He was also an active member in the NMSU Chapter ofDelta Chi Fraternity. During his time in the Fraternity, he was elected president, and also served on the All Greek Council at the same time. Andrew is still active in his old fraternity by serving in the delta Chi Education Foundation on the Board of Directors. This group is responsible for overseeing the scholarships that the fraternity awards to its members across the United States and Canada. After graduation, Andrew moved to El Paso and is now the owner/broker of Century 21 Haggerty(2005-present). During his time in El Paso, he served his community as the chairman for the City of Paso Building and Standards Commission from 2011-2014. He was elected the President of the Great El Paso Associations of Realtors in 2014 and was Realtor of the year in 2015. AndrewHaggerty was named Elected Official of the Year in 2018 by the Rio Grande Council of governments.Andrew Haggerty has also given time to other civic organizations. He was an active member of theSun Bowl Association, where he worked as a team host (2005-2014,2019). Andrew is a member of the Association of the United States Army, Omar Bradley Chapter. He is also a member of the Wallace Houghston Masonic Lodge and El Maida Shrine. Andrew was sworn into the office of County Commissioner of Precinct #4 covering parts of Northeast and West El Paso on January 1, 2015, at the Flags Across America Site. During his time as commissioner, Haggerty has become active in local government.
