Need handyman help for two separate condo jobs described below. Give me quote for labor. I have a bedroom in my rental condo at 856 E 82nd St that has been stripped down to bare steel studs. See photo of bedroom attached. Need someone to install all new drywall in ceiling and walls and closet. I will pay for drywall at Home Depot. Need a bid for labor to install drywall, mud, tape and paint it. Room size is 13' by 14' with 8' ceiling, and closet is 3' x 6', also 8' ceiling. I also have a Section 8 or CHA inspection in another condo at 6700 S South Shore Drive on Friday afternoon, three days away. There are only two repairs to be done. There is no hot water coming out of the bath faucet. Bathroom sink faucet needs replaced, because the hot water faucet handle is inoperable. Also, need to fix a tripping hazard on kitchen floor by installing two pieces of 8' aluminum carpet strips between wood kitchen floor and hallway carpet. See photos of these two repairs. I will pay for materials at the Pro Desk at Home Depot, or you can charge me for the supplies if you have them.
