A no-cost information session about our child emotion regulation group, "Riding the Wave," facilitated by Emily Acosta, MA, LAC, NCC We invite you to attend a free information session if you would like to learn more about one of the groups offered at Wholehearted Healing Collective which will be starting soon, "Riding the Wave." This group is designed for children from ages 8 to 12 who may be struggling to identify, understand, and regulate "big emotions." This info session is open to parents who think learning to improve these skills would benefit their child, and who want to learn a bit more about how the group will work. This session will be organized and run by Emily Acosta, who facilitates Riding the Wave. If you decide that you are interested in joining this group, Emily will have information on next steps to becoming a group member.
