The LEISD Education Foundation is proud to host the 2021 Homecoming Alumni Tailgate! Join us in the fenced area on the North end of the LE Athletic Complex parking lot (behind the Lobo Stadium Field House). Reconnect with old friends and learn about upcoming events. You will also have the opportunity to become a lifetime member of the Alumni Association for a discounted price! Complimentary game tickets will be available for ALUMNI attendees only. Register Now! Please register each attendee in your group. This non profit section 501(c)(3) is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes to benefit the Little Elm Independent School District. To this end, the corporation shall at all times be operated exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as now enacted or hereafter amended, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as now enacted or hereafter amended. All funds, whether income or principal, and whether acquired by gift or contribution or otherwise, shall be devoted to said purposes and are not available for refunds, proceess is to donate to our mission of the non profit organization.   *Little Elm Education Foundation, their volunteers, employees, board, and sponsors do not accept responsibility and expressly excludes liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for:   Little Elm Education Foundation events before, during and or after are provided with no special warranty either express or implied. The Organizers, including but not limited to the Board, Employees, Owners, Committee Members, Advisory, Volunteers and Sponsors events assume no liability for any loss, illness, theft, damage, or injury physically or emotionally to property or persons, including death, whether arising in contract, negligence, equity, or otherwise.  All participants must use care and good judgement and must obey all rules and regulations of the venue and Little Elm Education Foundation. Any damages done by you or yours will be responsible for reimbursing the damages to Little Elm Education Foundation volunteers, sponsors, committees, non-profit board and or employees. All food, drinks and gifts that are given or taken are not the responsibility of Little Elm Education Foundation volunteers, board, sponsors or employees, and to follow sentence one of this paragraph referencing no liability to those listed throughout this disclaimer and or people.   Little Elm Education Foundation, their volunteers, employees, and sponsors reserves the right to eject any participant who does not comply with the terms of this section. Ejected participants will not be entitled to any monetary or further recourse.  Little Elm Education Foundation May cancel or reschedule events when and if needed without recourse. Notifications out of courtesy may or may not be sent to those who have donated their time and or monetary donations. You give Little Elm Education Foundation, their volunteers, employees, and sponsors authorization to use and post any photographs, videotapes, recordings or any other record of our events, including full names of any participants, before during or after the event for promotional use, reporting to the media and to publish on our website, social media or blog. You will not be entitled to any compensation for  Little Elm Education Foundation, their volunteers, employees, and sponsors for use of your name or image. All proceeds made for the purpose of the 501(c)(3)non profit will not be refunded and will be used for the purpose intended.
