Paint For Paws - A Fundraiser for FAAS (Friends of Alameda Animal Shelter)

Art, Animals & Alcohol Join us for a fun afternoon of painting & drinking out on the patio at Lucky 13! This beginner-friendly event comes with all the art supplies you will need to create a painting of your own. The talented Sam Peña (@ink.grinder) will provide instruction while you enjoy a complimentary drink from Lucky 13 (beer or cocktail TBA). All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to FAAS. FAAS cares for an average of 1,000 animals per year in Alameda. This amazing organization provides a pet food pantry as well as a mobile vet clinic for low-income pet owners. The Starfish Fund allocates money for sick and injured pets; the Sasha Fund allows the shelter to provide professional training for animals that need it most. Most recently FAAS has opened a thrift store (The Thrifty Kitty) on Webster St!
