Come enjoy some bubbly sips and shop some of your favorite business! Noir Creators Space is highlighting the Historic 12th Street by featuring local black business owners and creatives. Noir Creators Space Open Market will be held Saturday, September 11th, 2021 at CAPITAL CITY BEAUTY BAR & SPA located in Austin, Texas. Noir Creators Space will hosting 20 local black owned businesses offering but not limited to food and beverage, hair care and beauty, wellness products, educational tools, and more. With COVID-19 in mind, as an outdoor vendor market upon entry we will provide masks to all attendees and vendors.
