If you have a cell phone and reliable transportation you are who we are looking for! All that is required for this position is being able to take to 10 to 15 pictures and a 5minute video with your cell phone of properties in the area. Most of the properties that we purchase are single family or multi-unit homes with an average of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. We represent real estate investors all throughout the mid-west and right now we are buying investment properties in Grand Rapids and the surrounding area. We PAY CASH within one hour the same day that the images are received. Our standard pay is $25 per property which usually takes about 15 minutes of work. If the property is larger than usual we will increase your fee to up to $50 We can send payments via Cashapp, Venmo, Zell, etc...
