ACR's very own Lori Jones will teach you how to use up all those precious fabric scraps!
This is a two part series. Purchasing a ticket gives you access to both parts of the series.
Part 1: September 11th, 1:00-3:00 Creating Fabric Scrap Rope
Part 2: September 18th, 1:00-3:00 Crafting with Fabric Scrap Rope
Part 1: Learn a fun way to clear out your fabric scraps! In this workshop, you will make your own one-of-a-kind rope using fabric scraps. Participants are encouraged to bring their own scraps, and ACR will also have fabric available for purchase.
Part 2: This workshop is intended for participants who have pre-made several yards of fabric scrap rope to craft with. We will make fabric scrap planters, then spend some time exploring other possibilities. Participants are encouraged to bring a plastic container to wrap. Participants may also bring their own glue guns, glue sticks, sewing needles, and thread. ACR will also have these items for purchase.
