Refunds – There will be no refunds for this event. You can substitute an athlete up until the day of competition in the same division. CrossFit HPC is preparing an awesome event that will test your ability to tackle the foundational skills of FITNESS! Grab a few teammates and prepare to have FUN! This is a great competition for those who have just started CrossFit or those who have been doing it for years. Teams will do 3 Halloween-themed WODs and the top teams from each division will advance to the final workout. The weights for RX division will include any weight/movements from the CrossFit Open and Regional events from 2016-2021. You should be competent in thrusters, cleans, OHS, snatch, push-jerks, Assault Bike, Rowing, C2B, T2B, Rope Climbs,. Scaled should be competent in thrusters, power cleans, power snatch, burpees, DB power snatch, assault bike, rowing, at least one partner with 2-3 unbroken pull ups at a time.
