Creative Builders, specialty installation general contractor, seeks skilled Playground Installer. Office in Wasco, CA and work covers central California to bay area. Installer will need to have close attention to detail, excellent workmanship and general construction skills. We are seeking a new addition to our team that will help us keep delivering the highest quality end product. Candidates should be reliable, able to follow a schedule and work with minimum supervision while cooperating and contributing to a crew with a tea work attitude. Ideally, we are looking for someone with 2 years of in the field trade experience and working knowledge of construction practices. Experience in related trades will be considered. Compensation : Per hour with opportunity for prevailing wages. Role Requirements: -Ability to read and understand plans -Must own a computer or smartphone, as our communications utilize email and text messages -Able to work efficiently without sacrificing quality -Ability to follow company schedules and project schedules -Must own a proper set of tools in good condition and reliable transportation -Must keep a clean and neat appearance and be professional at all times particularly when dealing with clients - Company shirt, vests and hard hats (when required) are provided - Willing to undergo a background check and drug test For Position: Any journeyman level or combination of these trade sills are desirable: -Carpentry -Masonry -Plumbing -Mechanical -Experience in a management position -Knowledge of layouts -Ability to Lead a crew of 2-4 desired To apply: - Current CA driver's license and clean driving record -Provide three or more work references -Provide legal documents to work in the US -Have a minimum of 4 years of verifiable experience Email an Attachment version of your resume and references with the subject line Playground Installer The following trade experience is similar/useful: building carports, solar panel structures, assembly of modular office equipment, fence erection, carpentry, concrete, landscape, irrigation, and equipment operator.
