Description

It may feel like your company's legal counsel is your nemesis. But, they might just be the best ally you have. It happens. You create what you believe is a clever marketing or social media campaign only to have your legal counsel say “not so fast.” Ugh. It may feel like the legal counsel is your nemesis, when it fact they can be your best ally. Join us for a breakfast panel discussion for insights on establishing a beneficial working relationship between the two departments to create a win-win for the company. Garmin's Director of Global Corporate Communications, Krista Klaus, and Associate General Counsel, Josh Maxfield, will join other panelists for a discussion on how to establish and nurture a crucial and productive relationship. Moderating the event is Shook Hardy Media Relations Manager Heather McMichael, a former anchor/reporter for Fox4 News. Networking starts at 7:30 a.m. with social distancing measures in place. Masks will be required. We encourage those attending in-person to be vaccinated.
