SC/NSPRA and SCDE Back to School Meeting for Public Information Officers. The South Carolina Department of Education and the South Carolina Chapter of the National School Public Relations Association (SC/NSPRA) are excited to once again collaborate to put on the Back to School Public Information Officer (PIO) Informational Meeting on September 15th at the SCASA Office in Columbia. The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. and conclude at 3:00 p.m. The agenda is forthcoming.  Lunch will be provided at no cost to attendees.
