We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to become a part of our team! You will perform the necessary work to repair and maintain swimming pool equipment, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and Evap Cooler repairs. Responsibilities: =Repair major and minor issues in residential and commercial properties. = Maintain swimming pools in the residential properties. =Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion. =Market ready apartments for move-in condition to include, paint, minor drywall and maintenance. =Maintain a clean and safe work environment. =Emergency on-call required. =Must have a valid drivers license, clean driving record, pass background and drug test. =Perform other duties, as assigned by Maintenance Director. Qualifications: = Electrical, plumbing, HVAC and Evap Cooler experience necessary. = Must be organized and communicate well. = Must have own hand-held tools and equipment. = Must be able to meet deadlines and be detail-oriented. = Must have the ability to handle physical workload.
