Mark-Taylor is hiring full time Maintenance Technicians, Lead Technicians, and Service Managers for multiple locations in the Phoenix valley! Working hours are 7am-3:30pm with a break. The Maintenance Technician team is responsible for the daily upkeep of the physical building, apartment units, property exterior and common area appearance. • Service minor air conditioning and/or heating failures, appliance repairs, electrical, plumbing problems • Complete minor carpentry and drywall repairs. • Perform necessary repairs and preventative maintenance on vacant units as they become available. • Maintain daily pool care/ assure pool is in proper chemical balance and area is free of safety concerns. • Provide excellent customer service to all residents. You must have general knowledge in the following areas: • Plumbing • Electrical • Pool Maintenance • HVAC • Carpentry • Landscape Maintenance • Appliances • OSHA-related standards This is a full time position with training and uniforms provided!
