Description

We are currently seeking a Groundsman to join our team! You will be responsible assisting climbers with chipping tree debris, making area safe for pruning and services, and watching for safety concerns on property. Responsibilities: Ensuring that the work area beneath and around the trees is clear and properly marked so that the public will be safe from falling debris Piling wood, and feeding in the wood chipper Maintaining climbing gear and tree care equipment to be sure that all equipment and tools are safe and in working order for high quality and safe service Must be able to work year-round in the Arizona climate Understands, learns, and can adhere to safety rules and company safety policies in order to be safely productive Be a team player ​ Qualifications: ​​​​​One year of experience in the tree industry a plus but not required Valid drivers license Experience and Knowledge of Safe & Proper Chipper Use
