VITAL LEADER Workshop RT Series is designed to prepare teams of manufacturing company leaders to drive short-term business performance. Why You Should Attend- Prepare manufacturing company vital leaders, preferably CEO, CFO, Sales & Marketing, Operations, HR, Talent & Employee Development to drive short-term business performance. The model for delivery of the Roundtable Workshops will pair teams (i.e. blending companies vs. low volume | high mix) to collaborate with each other for shared learning and regional economic business improvement. Each Vital Leader Roundtable Workshop Series Program will be delivered in 5 consecutive months; one ½ day per month. After month 5 the continuation of the Roundtable is a choice. The content and activities can become specific to each manufacturing company, the group or both. Session 1 Kick - Off: Tuesday September 14, 2021 Cost: $2,295 per Vital Leader Roundtable Series seat NOTE - Companies that register 3+ Vital Leaders may be eligible for 1 - 2 no cost seats; first come first served.
