I need to replace 144 can lights at a building to 5/6" LED can lights. Some of these lights have been on constantly for 7 years so some re-wiring at the light may be needed. I can purchase the lights but would like assistance in selecting the best LED retrofit can. Please provide compensation required per hour (we can transition to per light once we know how time consuming most of these are and state a little about why you are qualified to do the work. You can do this work after hours and/or on weekends if it's a second job. Timing for the work is I need around 50 of these lights done ideally in the next week to two weeks (as I have painters starting work soon). The remainder is not as urgent.
