Description
Assist in running packaging operations for seasonal Wine Club shipments and daily orders from Ecommerce sites for direct to consumer wine shipment. Responsible for maintaining strict control of inventory and shipment. This position requires the ability to adapt to constant changes in a growing company.
- Coordinate temp staff and full time staff on and offsite for fulfillment center packing and shipping requirements.
- Working with offsite staff to arrange logistics of movement and shipment of wines and other supplies.
- Manage spreadsheets, e-commerce shipment lists, and orders for multiple wine clubs.
- Flexibility is a requirement, working on other jobs as needed, ready to be part of “all hands-on deck”.
- Willing to learn how to use different tools and equipment.
Technical knowledge:
- Microsoft office – Standard
Other requirements:
- Driver’s license.
- Spanish is a plus.
