Creating Calmness in Uncertain Times The American Red Cross Service to the Armed Forces division is offering opportunities for our military community to connect and talk about reactions and stress associated with the Afghanistan withdrawal. These free virtual workshops will provide attendees an opportunity to connect with one another as well as learn stress management techniques.
