High above the Grange neighborhood lies perhaps the most dramatic Serenbe Showhouse to date. Join Serenbe and the Editors of Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles magazine as we toast the 2021 interior designers, then be one of the first to tour the home. Thursday, October 14, 2021 6:30pm - Grab a glass and socialize under the twinkle lights 7:00pm - Welcome address from Garnie Nygren and Elizabeth Ralls 8:00pm - While the Toast & Tour wraps early, we highly recommend making a dinner reservation at The Hill or The Farmhouse. The custom Rausch Ridge home has three stories – 14.5-foot ceilings giving the illusion from the front drive that the house touches the sky – with huge wall-to-wall windows providing near birds-eye views through the trees high above this ridge. This year’s Showhouse features 12 of Atlanta’s top interior designers, with lead designer Lorraine Enwright of Intuitive Dwellings working with the builders to select the home’s finishes. The 3,500-square-foot home has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, with a bonus room on the terrace level perfect for another bed and bath, a work-from-home oasis, or create a recreation room. Masks are required to be worn when inside the Serenbe Showhouse. We will have a limited number of free, single-use masks available on-site. If you are not feeling well or have been in contact with anyone who was ill within the 14 days preceding the party, we ask that you not attend. Guests are asked to maintain a physical distance of at least 6 feet from other guests who are not in their group. We request that you do not touch anything in the Serenbe Showhouse or sit on any of the furnishings. Hand sanitizer will be available at the Serenbe Showhouse. The Serenbe Designer Showhouse remains vigilant about offering a safe and hospitable experience for our guests and our docents.
