I have a small apartment on the North-end of Mercer Island. The wall in the daylight basement has cracks and some concrete crumbling. I think it can be repaired. Need Licensed engineer for half hour consult on Mercer Island. Need your professional eyes. Do you have a professional engineer license and experience in foundations and stress?
