NWFEM is looking for a 'new school' renovation and handywork rockstar to lead our graveyard Handywork Team and advance the company mission of Synergy. If you are skilled in commercial remodeling/renovation, general handiwork, and supervision, and are looking for a long-term HOME, NWFEM could be the place for you. Swing Shift Schedule: 4 PM to 12:30 AM Monday - Friday Job Duties: Collaborate with day staff to plan nightly work for Handywork Team Stage tools and materials for graveyard Handywork Team Supervise and support Handywork Team working 7 PM to 5 AM Train and conduct performance evaluations for Handywork Team Flexibility to assist with more complicated graveyard work as needed Assess work and provide estimates for day staff and/or communicate estimates to customers Conduct quality control reviews of on-site work Other duties as assigned Primary responsibilities are the success and growth of the Handywork Team.
