Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main distributor of finished goods to the fulfillment team for shipment to customers
o Maintain the finished goods area is well stocked and in an orderly state
Stock and organize shelves based on FIFO, keeping an eye on expiration dates
Unload pallets of finished goods in an organized and efficient manner
o Make sure inventory area is clean: (These operations need to be done once a week)
Items are organized in their proper space
Make sure all other material is where it is supposed to be
o Conduct In house Inventory Once a week
o Communicate with CS team and management regarding backordered and short-dated items
o Maintain shipping logs
- Assisting of preparing extract orders.
This requires the ability to lift and/or move items that way up to 100 pounds on a regular basis.
- Assisting in preparation and shipping of raw materials for production:
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls
- Taking and processing orders
- Shipping out orders
- Other tasks as assigned by management
- Cleaning finished goods area – folding boxes, arranging product, etc
