Part Of Calhoun Road Will Be Closed Wednesday

NEW BERLIN, WI — The stretch of Calhoun Road between Ryerson Road and Cleveland Avenue will be partially closed on Wednesday. The section of road will be closed from 7 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday, according to a Facebook post from the City of New Berlin. The project is part of a full reconstruction of Calhoun road from National Avenue to Beloit Road. Construction began in April and was slated to finish at the end of Aug. Parts of the road are incorporating new rainwater drainage systems. The reconstruction is a full redo of the road with phased closures along Calhoun Road, the project's website said.
