At approximately 4:56 p.m. on August 22, police were dispatched to the late report of a suspicious person. Upon arrival, it was determined that approximately 20 to 30 minutes prior, the victim was inside her residence when she observed the unknown male suspect allegedly looking into her window while holding a cellphone in his hand. The victim went outside to investigate and the suspect had left the area. The suspect is described as a Black male, approximately 5'8" tall, 135 pounds, wearing a dark short sleeve shirt, dark shorts and dark shoes. The investigation is ongoing.
