ANNAPOLIS, MD — Police said a man was stabbed in the shoulder Friday in Annapolis. Officers reported arresting the suspect, identified as Rajwinder Singh. The stabbing happened around 3:05 p.m. during a fight in the 2000 block of West Street, a press release noted.
