MECHA, voted one of Boulder’s best fitness studios, is expanding its presence with a new location opening September 30 in Louisville. This will be the second MECHA gym in the region, making it possible for more fitness enthusiasts to experience the effective, sustainable, and intense total-body workouts offered by a team of highly trained and dedicated professionals. To celebrate, MECHA is offering a limited time, pre-opening sale. Now through opening day, receive 4 classes for just $35.  MECHA's low-impact, sustainable, yet challenging and intense classes classes will push you to get stronger, more confident and more focused. You will love the workout variety of complementing MECHA’s slow-paced and challenging RESISTANCE classes (which are similar to Pilates but with a greater emphasis on strength) with MECHA’s up-beat, energizing and yet non-impact CARDIO+ classes.
