New to the Cannabis industry? 14er Boulder is growing and looking for motivated individuals to join our Post Production team! This positions primary responsibilities are trimming, harvesting, and canning of our product. We are seeking applicants with a positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and eagerness to show quality in their work. Please include your MED badge information with your resume. Schedule: *Full time: 40 hours/ week Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-5:30pm *Position is task based and the schedule end time can vary based on task completion Key Requirements *Vaccinated against COVID-19 *Candidate must have a valid MED badge and live in Colorado (Please note applicants without a valid MED badge will not be considered) *Reliable Transportation Physical Requirements *Normal physical activity can be strenuous and may involve prolonged standing, walking, reaching, bending, and crouching *Must occasionally push, pull, and/or lift objects up to 50 pounds. *Work requires spatial perception and finger and manual dexterity *Experience trimming and harvesting is preferred Compensation *Salaried position of $30,360 a year + Benefits *After a 90 day probationary period you will receive medical, dental, vision benefits, PTO, and Sick Time *Extend your birthday off separate from PTO *Employee discounts
