Drummer looking to split a practice space

Hey there, I'm a drummer interested in splitting a practice space with someone. I've got no reliable space to rehearse at the moment as I live in a studio and have no interest in becoming the most hated person in my building. This is geared toward anyone who currently has a rehearsal space as I've contacted every business in the area and everywhere seems to be at capacity. Please let me know if you're looking to cut your fees in half to split time throughout the week; if that's the case, I'm your guy. Thanks
