BURNSVILLE, MN — Burnsville's final Party on the Plaza of the summer will be Thursday from 4-9 p.m. at Nicollet Commons Park, the city said. Food trucks will include Rollin Nolen's BBQ, The Anchor Fish & Chips, Habanero Tacos, Blue Loon, Cookie Dough Bliss and adult beverages available from Mediterranean Cruise Café, the city said. Wreckless Band, the Michael Handler Project and Rock It Man Entertainment will provide live entertainment, and there will also be yard games and vendors, the city said.
