SUN COMMUNITIES & SUN RV RESORTSSouthfield, MI  NOW HIRING - Business Analyst Manager LINK TO APPLY - CAREERS SITE The Manager, Business Analysis contributes to the company's various business initiatives and technology-enabled process improvement projects by leading the Business Analysis function within the Innovation Team. The Manager, Business Analysis will lead a team of Business Analysts and is responsible for coaching, mentoring, training, and overall development of the team in the areas of eliciting business requirements, documenting clear and concise requirements documentation and project artifacts, and more. The Manager, Business Analysis will work collaboratively with stakeholders from the Project Management Team, Software Development Team, Quality Assurance Team, and other teams to coordinate resources, provide input to project timelines, ensure projects stay within scope, and ensure project team members stay in sync.
