Press release from the City of Scottsdale: August 24, 2021 Valley Metro, in partnership with the city of Phoenix and Vix Technology, recently released a new Valley Metro Plan & Track transit rider app. The new app includes real-time bus and rail tracking, service alerts and step-by-step navigation, among other features.  The introduction of the new app is part of an overall fare modernization project at Valley Metro. In 2022, mobile ticketing will be available through the app, and there are plans to add additional helpful features over the next few years. The new app replaces Ridekick, which will no longer be available after Aug. 31.  Contact Valley Metro with questions or for more information.
