Lead guitarist wanted for alt rock cover band

Looking for a lead guitar for a 90s-00s cover band. Mostly alternative rock and related genres. Backing vocals are a huge plus. No politics, egos, hangups or substance abusers. A little alcohol is fine but we don't overdo it and aren't looking to play drunk shows. We get together every other week for about 3-4 hours. Practice is at one our homes west of the metro. Current band is a 4 piece. All of us are mid 30s to mid 40s. Things are pretty casual, but we still commit to learning the songs on our own between practices. We're realistic and aren't expecting to make more than hobby money. We are working up to a 4 hour set and want to play out 6-10 times a year. I can send out our current set list if interested.
