As of now we have 4 storage units (3 - 10x16 & 1 - 10x25) and 3 parking spaces/units. (Dodge Caravan, Boat w/trailer, Ford Econoline) the vehicles/boats/trailers will not have titles or keys. We know nothing about them. Buying as is, no warranty.
If you are the highest bidder you will have until Monday, Aug 30 at 10 am to empty the unit leaving it swept and clean.
No dumpster on site.
$100 security Deposit to be paid with the amount you pay for the unit. This will be returned once the unit is left clean.
