Came from abusive/negligent owners. Underweight, missing fur, open wounds, covered in parasites, left outside in extreme weather conditions without shelter (through ice storm & heatwaves) & only fed once a day (if that). He's been in my care since late June. Vet treated him with anti-fungal, steroids, flea & tick prevention, & a medicated shampoo for itching. Most his fur has grown in again & has gained some weight back as well. Super playful, full of energy. Fast learner. VERY food motivated. Needs some training on leash. Jumps when excited. Bit of a hunter. Good with children & other dogs (other animals unknown). Does not bite. Warms up to people quickly. Loves chew toys & playing fetch. Overall very sweet, cuddly pup who is adored throughout the neighborhood. My guess is he's about 3 years old. Neutered & rabies vaccinated on 08.11.21. Is currently on flea & tick prevention. Rehoming fee of $50.
