Job Duties:Receive live lobster crates from trucks to be stored into the lobster tanksPull live lobster crates out of the storage tanks to be graded or shippedSort live lobsters into correct sizes (chicks, quarters, halves etc.) using a scaleTag the crates with the correct ribbon color for each sizeStore the sorted lobsters in the appropriate tankLoad trucks with the proper product to be sent to the packing facilityKeep the work area neat and tidy for the duration of each shiftPerform additional duties as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities:Ability to operate a pallet jackAbility to work with live lobstersEducation and Experience:Prior experience in lobster grading is preferredPhysical Demands:Able to stand for the duration of the shiftAble to twist, bend, kneel, lift, and walk for extended periods of timeAble to use a keyboard, headset, and computer monitor for the duration of the shiftMust be able to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds consistently Please apply online with Maine Lobster Now at:
