If you have apples and want to make cider, I am happy to press for a 50/50 split. Electric chopper and hydro press makes about 4 gallons in 15 minutes. No need to core or process beforehand (but should wash). You will need to bring your own containers to transport the cider (I use 5 gallon buckets with lids). Minimum of 5 bushels.
