HVAC Alliance Expert is looking to hire an experienced, detail-oriented residential HVAC Technician to join our growing team. The technician will be skilled in performing routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on residential HVAC equipment. Strong customer service skills are required. This position has the potential for growth within the company, as we are expanding. Year-round, full-time work available. Position summary: Maintaining and heating and air conditioning systems and equipment. Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems and parts. Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Providing customers with appropriate repair and replacement options that meet their needs. Maintaining logs and records of all maintenance functions. Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements.
