Industrial Facility Maintenance & Repair Technician This is a part-time position (20 hours per week). Our ideal candidate has good mechanical aptitude and possesses skills to perform a wide variety of the activities outlined below. Our ideal candidate does not need to be an expert in all of the following skills, but must have the ability and skill to step in and perform reasonable well in many areas. The technician will support the work of the system development team to realize facilities improvements and to develop new machinery and equipment. Also, the technician will perform scheduled preventative maintenance procedures and resolve equipment issues that occur. We are looking for someone with most or all of the following skills: - Fluid systems (pumps, hose, piping) - Pneumatic systems (solenoids, hose, controls) - Light electrical work - Basic welding - Machining - Spray painting - Equipment assembly - Trouble-shooting equipment
