found running west on University Dr from about Smith rd 830pm 8/21/21 small wire coated mix breed, looks like could be a mix of terrier, chihuahua, jack russell, fox terrier or similar owner must identify if male/female; neutered/spayed; type of collar/tags/id/microchip if any; Owner must provide proof of ownership (vet records, county license, etc) Photos also needed with proof of ownership
