The Position: We’re looking for a reliable and thorough make-ready technician to join our maintenance team that will assist in making sure that all vacant apartment homes are restored to market-ready status while following company policies and procedures, safety standards, and other Federal and State laws. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of proven experience in a relevant field, be able to work independently, have excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and show attention to detail, and have a working knowledge of the English language.
