So...send me your CREDs...do you know Hatteras'? How about Cats and dated electrical and wiring? Can you help me arrange a Haul Out in Alameda (or insurance that can utilize an "in the water survey").... and then can you adequately and competently perform a sea-trial and/or survey or in the water survey? She looks good - some long time and some recent renovations. She seemingly has healthy Cat 3208's, teak decks, dated electronics and 1979 fiberglass - what problems might there possibly be? Your job is to ensure I don't have any surprises AFTER purchasing.... assuming we can get to that desirable point. Then of course....need a Captain to bring her down (with me)! (pic not exact -
