Hi, I'm looking for a butcher for chickens who has all the equipment and can work on site (kill, pluck, gut) I can help to speed up the process if necessary. No need for fancy cuts or bagging. The chickens are ready in another week or two but wanted to get feelers out for experienced butchers in the area. Thanks!
