RealCraft in Gig Harbor is growing and hiring! We are looking for additional members for our warehouse team. This is entry-level work in an upbeat, energetic environment with competitive pay and excellent benefits. From our 16,000 square foot facility, we at RealCraft build and ship beautiful interior and exterior barn doors, barn door hardware, and bespoke furniture all over the United States and Canada. The warehouse team handles a variety of day-to-day tasks, so there is little monotony here, and always the opportunity for advancement as experience and abilities increase. This position requires the following duties: Light assembly of hardware parts for order fulfillment Managing inbound and outbound shipments Crating products Assisting with inventory of products Assisting the door finishing department as needed Ideal qualifications for this position include: Competent in reading a tape measure and applying basic math skills Willing to work as a member of a team Reliable and timely attendance Able to show initiative and problem solve Able to take direction from supervisors and coworkers This is a full time position (Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm). Compensation is dependent on experience, with benefits after 60 days. We are open to part-time if there is a good match to this position.
